Interesting... I found the translated webpage with the book as 4 downloads including images:

Another related page is at http://vk.com/club608775 and from the downloaded images and this website it seems to have a lot of similarities to the info in the daniel papers and the hidden history of homo sapiens but it is very hard to tell as I don't know any Russian either!
